Since 2018, I've documented wild love stories from engagements, elopements, and weddings all around the Northwest.
Hey lovebirds! Picture this: a Spanish revival gem nestled along the serene banks of the Boise River, where vintage charm meets modern elegance. As the sun dips behind century-old trees, casting a warm glow on The Cottage at River Bend, the magic begins. Let’s embark on a visual journey through Mallory and Brian’s wedding through the lens of a Boise wedding photographer.
Where Elegance Meets History
The Cottage is more than just a venue; it’s a testament to timeless architecture and meticulous craftsmanship. As a Boise wedding photographer, the cottage is my number one pick for wedding venues. Every corner I turn, there is a picturesque moments waiting to happen. First and foremost, I must highlight the front foyer room, with its large bay window. I LOVE photographing in this room, from dress detail shots, to bridal portraits, to both the bride and groom. It is stunning and NEVER disappoints! If you are the kind of bride that holds importance in the details, The Cottage is the venue for you. The Cottage has a beautiful mater bathroom, perfect for getting ready. Mallory and all her closest friends ocupied the top floor where the got their hair and make up done by Beloved Bridal Co.
Five Acres of Riverside Bliss
The magic extends beyond the walls of The Cottage to the five acres of lush grounds. Century-old trees provide shade, while a water feature, sitting garden, and a white-washed barn add rustic elegance. The verdant lawn spaces create a serene backdrop, making it a picture-perfect setting for your Boise wedding. Being a Boise wedding photographer, it’s so important to me that you bridal/formal photos are absolutely stunning. one of the many things I enjoy about The Cottage are the areas where photos can be taken. Mallory and Brian exchanged private vows in front of the Cottage under the large oak tree. Being that is was a perfect fall day, the leaves would drop all around them, making all the fall dreams come to LIFE!
Mallory and Brian said there “I do’s” in front of 300 of their friends and family. Following the ceremony we greeted the newly wed couple and enjoyed a tasty meal catered by WHO WAS IS. Following dinner we hear heart felt speeches from Brian best friend and Mallory’s sister. Not many people had dry eyes. The rest of the night there was lots of chatting and dancing! To wrap their night up, Mallory and Brian exited their wedding through a tunnel of sparklers and hoped into their vintage getaway car. To say their night was unforgettable would be an understatement.
